Terms of Service — "WhereIStored"

Service provider

The service is operated by Puzzles Sp. z o.o., registered at ul. Sosnowa 7, 44-203 Rybnik, Polska (hereinafter: Provider).

What the service is

"WhereIStored" (also available as "Gdzie Co Mam") is a web application for home inventory management — assigning items to locations, categories and tags, and storing photos.

Available tiers:

Free

Basic

Pro

Premium

Registration and account

An account and a valid e-mail address are required to use the service.

You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential.

One account is for one person or entity. Account sharing is not permitted.

The Provider may suspend an account that violates these Terms.

Acceptable use

You may only use the service in compliance with applicable law. You must not:

upload illegal, offensive or third-party rights-infringing content,

scrape or bulk-download data in an automated manner,

take any action that may disrupt the service.

Plans and payments

The Free plan is free of charge and may have limits on items, locations and photos.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis per the pricing shown in the app.

You may cancel a paid plan at any time; premium access continues until the end of the paid period.

Data and privacy

The data controller is Puzzles Sp. z o.o..

Your data is processed to provide the service, manage your account and send system messages.

Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Availability and changes

The Provider aims for continuous availability but does not guarantee zero downtime.

The Provider reserves the right to change features or pricing with 14 days' notice by e-mail or in-app message.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". The Provider is not liable for data loss caused by user actions or for indirect damages.

Total liability is limited to fees paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time in the profile settings.

The Provider may terminate service to users who violate these Terms, after prior notice.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes shall be resolved by the court competent for the Provider's registered office, unless consumer protection law provides otherwise.

Changes to these Terms

Users will be notified of changes at least 14 days in advance by e-mail or in-app message. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
